אימות חתימה

אימות החתימה על על ידי נוטריון מעניק למסמך הוכחה לחתימתו של החותם על המסמך, לדוגמא ייפוי כוח, הצהרה, טפסים לרשויות וכו'. בעת הפגישה עם הנוטריון לביצוע הליך אימות החתימה, החותם נידרש להציג בפניו את תעודת הזהות / דרכון שלו על מנת להזדהות בפניו.

תרגומים נוטריוניים

תרגום נוטריוני הוא תרגום אשר בוצע על ידי הנוטריון ומאומת על ידו. תרגום נוטריון מספק פיתרון למסמכים הדרושים לצורך הליכים שונים הן בארץ והן בחו"ל כגון: ת.ז, ת.לידה, ת.יושר, ת.נישואים, ת.גירושין, ת.פטירה, תמצית רישום, תעודות בגרות והשכלה.

אימות תרגום

אישור נוטריוני של תרגום משמעותו כי הנוטריון מאשר את נכונות התרגום של מסמך / מסמך משפטי/ תעודות וכו'. התרגום אינו נעשה על ידי הנוטריון עצמו כי אם על ידי מתרגם אחר. על כן, הנוטריון מאשר את נכונות עבודת התרגום בלבד.

אישור העתק מתאים למקור

הנוטריון מספק אישור המאשר כי ההעתק של המסמך שברשותנו, נאמן למסמך המקור.

משרדנו דואג לאשר שהעתק של מסמך הינו העתק מדויק של מסמך המקורי ובכך מכשיר צילום של מסמך כעותק אותנטי של המסמך המקורי. 
בפגישה בפני הנוטריון, עליכם להצטייד המסמך המקורי כדי שנוכל  לאמת כמקור וליצור ממנו עותקים מאושרים על ידי הנוטריון. ניתן להביא עמכם את עותק של המסמך המקורי (בנוסף למקורי), כדי להפוך אותו לעותק מאושר נוטריונית, או שמשרדינו יבצע עותקים זהים למקור.

אישור חיים

אישור חיים הינו אישור שאדם מסוים עודנו בחיים. אישורי חיים נדרשים עי' רשויות ובחו"ל לצרכים שונים לרוב לצורך המשך קבלת קיצבאות.

Since the firm principal and notary public, Perry Novotny, is notary who is a member of both the Israel State Bar (2002) and the New York State Bar (2001), we offer services in both Hebrew and English

The majority of the notorial services offered can be performed on the same day and many do not require physical presence in our office and can be taken care of with the assistance of our messenger service (notorial services may be performed outside our office at added cost

Please note that in Israel fees for notorial services are set by the Ministry of Justice, including fees for services outside office hours and when travel is required for travel expenses and idle time). Notaries who deviate from these fees may be subject to disciplinary action. Please visit the Ministry of Justice to learn more about the current fees for notorial services

Signature Verification

Signature verification by a notary on a document serves as proof of the signer’ identity and signature authenticity and is usually required in powers of attorney, affidavits and other declaratory documents. Persons requesting this service must verify their identity to the notary public with a valid Israeli ID card or passport

Notary Translations

A Notarized Translation is a document translated from another language with the translation verified by the notary. Notarized Translations are often required for formal or business purposes in Israel or abroad

Translation Validation

Unlike the Notarial Translation, a Validation of Translation means that person who translated the document verifies the accuracy of the translation under oath before the notary. The notary does not authenticate the translation but rather that the translator's oath. This is a significantly cheaper option than the Notorial Translation but is of course not as valid and also used when no notary is available to verify the actual translation due to language barriers

Certified Copies

Certified Notorial Copies provide assurances that a document is an exact copy of the original document and are often required by government agencies and in certain financial or business transactions

An original document is required in order to provide this service as the notary must compare the two documents prior to providing the service

Certification of Life

Certification of Life is a confirmation by the notary that an individual who appeared before the notary is alive. This service is often required by as proof for continued pension payments
